Viewing and Searching
The Contact Management page provides powerful tools to quickly find and view contact information.
Viewing Contacts
Contact List View
The main Contact Management page displays all contacts in a table format with key information:
- Contact name
- Phone number(s)
- Email address
- Company
- Group assignments
Searching Contacts
Quick Search
Use the search bar at the top of the Contact Management page to search across all contact fields:
- Click on the Search field.
- Type your search term (name, phone number, email, or company).
- Results update in real-time as you type.
- Click on a result to open the contact.
Search Tips

Partial Matching
The search supports partial matching. Searching "john" will find "John Smith", "Johnson", and "johnny@email.com".
Filtering Contacts
Filter by Group
- Click the Group Filter dropdown.
- Select a group to filter by.
- Only contacts in that group will be displayed.
- Select "All Groups" to clear the filter.
Combining Search and Filters
You can combine search and group filters:
- First, select a group filter.
- Then, use the search bar to further narrow results within that group.
Sorting Contacts
Click on any column header to sort contacts:
- Name: Alphabetical order (A-Z or Z-A)
- Date Added: Newest or oldest first
- Company: Alphabetical order
Click the column header again to reverse the sort order.
Pagination
For large contact lists, use the pagination controls at the bottom of the page:
- Navigate between pages using the arrow buttons.
- Select the number of contacts to display per page (10, 25, 50, 100).
