Overview
The Contact Management section allows you to centralize all your customer and client information in one place. Contacts are shared across your entire organization, enabling any team member to access customer details when making or receiving calls.
Accessing Contact Management

Key Features
Centralized Contact Database
All contacts are stored company-wide, ensuring consistent customer information across your team. When a call comes in, the system automatically matches the caller ID to display the contact's name and details.
Contact Groups
Organize contacts into logical groups such as "VIP Clients," "Leads," or "Vendors" for easy filtering and management. Groups help you segment your contact list for targeted outreach.
Comprehensive Contact Records
Each contact record can include:
- Name (First and Last)
- Phone Numbers (multiple)
- Email Address
- Company Name
- Notes and custom information
- Group Assignments
Integration with Communication
Contacts integrate seamlessly with the Communication page:
- View contact details during calls
- Access call history for each contact
- Initiate calls directly from contact records
- Send SMS messages to contacts
Contact Visibility
All contacts are visible to all users in your organization. There are no private contacts within the system.
