AI Features
When enabled, all completed calls will be automatically transcribed and analyzed for sentiment. This process runs in the background and results will be available in the AI Call Analytics section.
Administrator Access Required
Only users with Administrator privileges can access AI Features settings.
Accessing AI Features
Navigate to Company Settings from the sidebar and navigate to the AI Features tab.
AI-Powered Call Analytics
Use the toggle button to Enable/Disable AI Call Analytics
Allowed Plans
AI analytics is only available for Professional and Pro Plus subscriptions
