Billing & Subscriptions

Manage your subscription plan, payment methods, and view billing history.

Administrator Access Required

Only users with Administrator privileges can access billing settings.

Accessing Billing

Navigate to Company Settings from the sidebar and navigate to the Subscriptions tab.

Current Plan

Plan Overview

View your current subscription details:

Usage Metrics

Monitor your current usage:

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Review available plan options.
  2. Select your desired plan.
  3. Review the pricing difference.
  4. Click Confirm Upgrade.
Prorated Billing

When upgrading mid-cycle, you only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Click Change Plan.
  2. Select a lower-tier plan.
  3. Review any feature limitations.
  4. Click Confirm Downgrade.
Feature Loss

Downgrading may disable certain features or limit usage. Review carefully before confirming.

Payment Methods

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Click Add Payment Method.
  2. Choose the payment type:
    • Credit/Debit Card
    • Bank Account (ACH)
  3. Enter the required details.
  4. Click Save.

Managing Payment Methods

You must have at least one valid payment method on file to maintain your subscription.

Billing History

Viewing Invoices

The billing history table shows:

Downloading Invoices

  1. Find the invoice in your billing history.
  2. Click Download or the PDF icon.
  3. The invoice downloads to your computer.

Usage-Based Charges

Beyond your subscription, you may incur usage-based charges:

Monitoring Usage

  1. Navigate to Billing & Subscriptions.
  2. View the Usage Summary section.
  3. Set up Usage Alerts to receive notifications when approaching limits.

Billing Alerts

Configure notifications for billing events:

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Navigate to Billing & Subscriptions.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Review the cancellation terms.
  4. Provide feedback (optional).
  5. Confirm cancellation.
Data Retention

Upon cancellation, your account data is retained for 30 days. After this period, data may be permanently deleted. Export any needed data before canceling.

Tax Information

Adding Tax ID

For business invoicing:

  1. Navigate to Billing Settings.
  2. Click Add Tax ID.
  3. Enter your VAT/GST/Tax ID number.
  4. Save changes.

Tax IDs appear on all future invoices.
