View Existing Numbers

The Channel Management page provides a centralized view of all phone numbers associated with your Commtrix organization.

Administrator Access Required

Only users with Administrator privileges can access Channel Management.

Accessing Your Numbers

Navigate to Channel Management from the sidebar and click the Manage Numbers card, this will open a dialog to view all your channel related details.

Number List Overview

The dialog initially has three tabs: "Get New Numbers", "My Numbers", and "Number Porting" Click My Numbers to displays a table of all your numbers with the following information:

Column	Description
Number	The full number in E.164 format
Country	The country the number belongs to
Region	The Region the number is in
Enable/Disable	A clickable status badge
Action	A button to delete number
Type	Local, Toll-Free, or Mobile
Status	Active, Pending, or Inactive

Table Actions

The Enable/Disable icon shows Disable if it is active and Enable if it is inactive. Deleting a number will remove the number from the users account and the number will be available for 30 more days after deleting.

Number Status

Status	Description
Active	Number is live and ready for use
Pending	Number is being provisioned (typically takes minutes)
Inactive	Number has been disabled

Filtering and Searching

• Search: Find numbers by entering digits in the search bar
• Filter by Type: Show only Local, Toll-Free, or Mobile numbers
• Filter by Status: Show only Active, Pending, or Inactive numbers

Number Actions

From the number list or detail view, you can:

Action	Description
Release	Remove the number from your account

Releasing Numbers

Releasing a number is permanent. The number may be acquired by another organization and cannot be recovered.

Capacity Planning

Review your number inventory regularly:

• Adequate Coverage: Ensure you have enough numbers for your call volume.
• Geographic Presence: Consider local numbers for key markets.
• Redundancy: Have backup numbers for critical functions.
