Updating Profile Details
Manage your personal profile information, including your display name, photo, and availability status.
Accessing Your Profile
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
Profile Information
Display Name
Your display name appears to colleagues in internal chat and call notifications.
- Click on the Name field.
- Enter your first and last name.
- Click Save.
Your email address is set by your administrator during account creation and cannot be changed by users.
Profile Picture
Add a photo so teammates can easily identify you:
- Click on your profile avatar (the circle with your initials).
- Click Upload Photo or drag an image onto the upload area.
- Crop and adjust the image as needed.
- Click Save.
Image Requirements:
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG
- Maximum file size: 5 MB
- Recommended dimensions: 200x200 pixels or larger
Removing Your Photo
- Click on your profile picture.
- Click Remove Photo.
- Confirm the removal.
Your avatar will revert to showing your initials.
Availability Status
Set your status to let teammates know if you are available:

| Online | Available and active in the system |
| Offline | Not available or logged out |
Changing Your Status
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Click on your current status.
- Select your new status.
Your status affects whether you receive calls from queues. Set to "Offline" or "Unavailable" when you need uninterrupted time.
Password Management
Changing Your Password
- Navigate to Profile.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm your new password.
- Click Save.
Password Requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
Forgot Password
If you cannot log in:
- Click Forgot Password on the login page.
- Enter your email address.
- Check your email for a reset link.
- Click the link and create a new password.
Device Settings
Microphone Selection
Choose which microphone to use for calls:
- Navigate to Profile > Devices.
- Select your preferred Microphone from the dropdown.
- Click Test to verify it works.
- Save your selection.
Speaker Selection
Choose which speaker to use for call audio:
- Navigate to Profile > Devices.
- Select your preferred Speaker from the dropdown.
- Click Test to hear a sample sound.
- Save your selection.
Logging Out
To log out of your account:
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Log Out from the dropdown.
- You will be redirected to the login page.
Always log out when using shared or public computers to protect your account.
