Updating Profile Details

Manage your personal profile information, including your display name, photo, and availability status.

Accessing Your Profile

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Select Profile from the dropdown menu.

Profile Information

Display Name

Your display name appears to colleagues in internal chat and call notifications.

  1. Click on the Name field.
  2. Enter your first and last name.
  3. Click Save.
Admin Control

Your email address is set by your administrator during account creation and cannot be changed by users.

Profile Picture

Add a photo so teammates can easily identify you:

  1. Click on your profile avatar (the circle with your initials).
  2. Click Upload Photo or drag an image onto the upload area.
  3. Crop and adjust the image as needed.
  4. Click Save.

Image Requirements:

  • Supported formats: JPG, PNG
  • Maximum file size: 5 MB
  • Recommended dimensions: 200x200 pixels or larger

Removing Your Photo

  1. Click on your profile picture.
  2. Click Remove Photo.
  3. Confirm the removal.

Your avatar will revert to showing your initials.

Availability Status

Set your status to let teammates know if you are available:

OfflineNot available or logged out

Changing Your Status

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Click on your current status.
  3. Select your new status.
Queue Availability

Your status affects whether you receive calls from queues. Set to "Offline" or "Unavailable" when you need uninterrupted time.

Password Management

Changing Your Password

  1. Navigate to Profile.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter your new password.
  4. Confirm your new password.
  5. Click Save.

Password Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character

Forgot Password

If you cannot log in:

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Check your email for a reset link.
  4. Click the link and create a new password.

Device Settings

Microphone Selection

Choose which microphone to use for calls:

  1. Navigate to Profile > Devices.
  2. Select your preferred Microphone from the dropdown.
  3. Click Test to verify it works.
  4. Save your selection.

Speaker Selection

Choose which speaker to use for call audio:

  1. Navigate to Profile > Devices.
  2. Select your preferred Speaker from the dropdown.
  3. Click Test to hear a sample sound.
  4. Save your selection.

Logging Out

To log out of your account:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Log Out from the dropdown.
  3. You will be redirected to the login page.
Session Security

Always log out when using shared or public computers to protect your account.
