IVR Settings

Configure global settings that apply to all IVR flows in your organization.

Administrator Access Required

Only users with Administrator privileges can modify IVR settings.

Accessing IVR Settings

Navigate to IVR from the sidebar, then click on Settings or the gear icon.

General Settings

Media Settings

  1. Set whether you want to play an audio recording or a TTS.
  2. Set active/Inactive.
  3. Click Update Settings

Changes apply to all IVR flows immediately.

Test After Changes

After modifying settings, test your IVR flows to ensure they behave as expected.
